£14,000 for demand modeling and street price creation from a technical price. Typically finished in 3 weeks. We give 636 days of shelter to homeless children.

£29,000 for risk premium modeling and technical premium creation for all perils. Typically finished in 7 weeks. We give 1,318 days of shelter to homeless children
Pricing Ledger

£19,000 for migration* of a pricing ledger (AKA exposure and claims datamart). Typically finished in 4 weeks. We give 864 days of shelter to homeless children.

Training Course Catalogue

£4,900 per year for any company regardless of the number of seats for the whole catalogue in your LMS.

£14,000 for building substantial internal MI reporting from clean data. Typically finished in 3 weeks. We give 636 days of shelter to homeless children.

£24,000 for building regulatory or external reporting from clean data. Typically finished in 5 weeks. We give 1,091 days of shelter to homeless children.
Quotes Ledger

The renewals ledger is usually a derivate of the pricing ledger, but I can build it separately for a similar fee as a quotes ledger.

I can quote for smaller changes to code or reports too. Over a few weeks I worked through an entire multi-year backlog of ‘small’ changes from all teams for a client once. Talk about making people’s day

These fees include the minimum necessary documentation. 50% increase for substantial documentation.

10% off for two lines of business or projects at the same time.

10% off for paying in advance.

10% off for doing data and reporting together.

15% off for doing data and modeling together.

Plus discounts for clean data.

Timings do not factor in delays caused by the client themselves (but hey at least you aren’t paying me for each day that you hold up your own project). Remember I don’t charge for time. I charge the agreed price on delivery. You won’t get it done faster or to the same quality from anyone else.
*Migration means between environments or languages.
